There are various ways to contact Support either via:

• Support Ticket

• Chat

• Email

Support Ticket Method

• Navigate to https://support.together.ai/ (you can also get here by clicking on "Help Center" from our Contact page)

• At the top-right, click on "Submit a Ticket" or follow this link

• Fill in all necessary details, and then click "Submit" down at the bottom

Chat Method

• Click on the speech bubble located at the bottom right of any Together.AI page

• Click on "Start new chat" to see if our fine-tuned model can answer your question

• If the model is unable to assist quickly, it will escalate internally as a Support ticket

Email Method

• Send an email to "support@together.ai" containing a detailed explanation, and any related screenshots for your concern

• This will open a Support ticket on your behalf regarding the emailed concern
