What payment methods do Together.ai accept?
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Together AI accepts the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards
We support all major credit and debit cards on networks including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Prepaid cards are not supported.
Your organization must always have at least one valid credit or debit card on file, even if you also use ACH or set a bank account as your default payment method.
In some territories, banks require authorization for every transaction. We send an authorization link to your account's registered email. Approve these promptly to avoid credit purchase failures.
US bank account (ACH)
US customers can link a US bank account to purchase credits via ACH (Automated Clearing House). ACH is available for organizations with a verified billing address in the United States.
To link a bank account:
Go to your billing settings
In the Payment method panel, select Manage payment methods (or Add payment method if no method is on file)
Select Add payment method, then choose US Bank Account
Follow the on-screen steps to authorize your account
Things to know about ACH:
You can keep both cards and a bank account on file. Choose which method is default; credit purchases use the default.
Credits from ACH purchases are deposited after the payment clears (typically 1–3 business days).
Auto-recharge is only available when your default payment method is a credit or debit card.
Only U.S. financial institutions that support instant verification are available.
Multiple payment methods
You can save multiple payment methods and switch which one is default at any time. See our article on managing payment methods for details.
