What is my negative balance limit?

Once you've purchased $5 credits or more, your account will be authorized for up to $100 in additional spend.

If your account goes below $0 into this $100 limit your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each month to bring your balance back to $0.

If this payment fails, please do not purchase credits to try and clear the balance. Credit purchases cannot be used to clear generated invoices.

Contact support through the ticket form or dashboard chat, and we can retry the payment for you using our systems if you're getting any errors when trying to pay through the link provided in the email.
