Build Tiers

together.ai uses tiers to reward our customers as they continue to use our service. The more you do on Together, the higher your limits are!

There are 5 build tiers. If you find yourself running into rate limits once you're on Build Tier 5, a Scale or Enterprise plan may be a better fit for your needs. You can contact our sales team via your accounts Plan settings or our pricing page for more information.

Required Spend and Rate Limits

You can move up to the next build tier by paying your monthly bill, or by purchasing credits.

Troubleshooting Credit Purchases: If you experience issues purchasing credits (such as the system repeatedly requesting card details), verify that your card is active and not expired, ensure sufficient funds are available, and check that all details including CVV and billing address are correct. Credit purchases can take up to 15 minutes to process, avoid re-entering card information during this time as you may make duplicate purchases.

Note that Together AI only accepts credit or debit cards linked to bank accounts; prepaid cards are not supported. Some banks may require authorization for transactions, so check for any approval notifications from your bank.

Build Tiers are based on lifetime spend

Sometimes due to the popularity of a model we may need to implement custom rate limits or access restrictions. These exceptions will be listed in our documentation.
